"We can change your story. We can save Mr. Banks." Normally, one might thinkk, like Mrs. Travers, that Disney is all goody-two-shoes and perfect because of the way everything ends beautifully wonderful. After watching the new film 'Saving Mr Banks', you can see the motive of why they end the movies as they do.

They use their films as a means of encouraging people and that you, yourself can change your own outlook on life, and by doing so: change your life.

The real fairytale princesses don't have a happy life, which can therefore lead to depressing afterthoughts...

But they're princesses....and they're mor of a role model than you'd expect them to be in todays culture. How encouraging would it be for a child to watch it and say: "Ahh...If only i could turn into a wave for love of a prince." Uhm, no. Thats definitely NOT the vision of Disney.

Of course, everyone has their difficult times and rough lines. And they include that in all of their movies, and while they do end 'happilly ever after..' They are encouraging.

In this, my friends, i believe Walt-Disney did have a beautiful vision for his company, a reason for hs perfection.
